Can I try out a demo version?
We are happy to give you a guided demo on request. Typically we run qualification assessment with you to select the most suitable onboarding for you, which may include also a free trail or a show case.
What billing options are available?
Our pricing options include subscription plans on monthly and discounted annual bases. Other Apps, features or integrations are available for one-time payments with in-App purchases.
Can I import and export excel files?
We provide powerful import and export functionalities. E.g., you can easily create a new playbook by importing your own structure and checklist in an MS Excel format.
Can I use my templates in the app?
Yes, you can upload your template to use it in your current transaction or maintain all your templates in your library. Also, our library and store contain certified templates and checklists created by our experts and partners.
How flexibly can I customize an app for my transaction?
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, the smartmerger.com platform is designed to be highly customizable to meet the specific needs of each transaction. We have a variety of default settings and configurations, with the option to customize them, such as defining your preferred language, reporting format, notifications, workflows, permissions, branding, etc. Tell us what you want to achieve, and we will be happy to assess the feasibility of your request.
Can I invite external stakeholders to my project?
Yes. We have developed a platform that allows any party, including external stakeholders, to access the data. Using configurable permissions, you decide which data is disclosed and whether you provide full, read-only, or selective access.
What integrations are available?
We have a growing number of integration partners, such as Okta or Amazon AWS. Please contact us if you are looking for a particular or project-specific integration.
Can I personalize the platform using my company's branding?
Our plans include an option for selective branding or full white-labeling so that your transaction or even the whole platform appears under your company brand.
How long does it take to start a new project?
All of our apps come pre-configured and could be set up by yourself in no time right when you need them. You can even change the pre-configuration and re-use it in your next project. Also, you can use the import feature to upload your own checklists and templates.
Is there any limit to the number of users?
No. Our platform approach allows all parties, including external stakeholders, to have access to the data. This may include users who can just view or change one single item.
